I facing the problem that cause me cannot access the internet. I open the network and sharing center, under the biew your basic network information and set up connection heading, it display unknown and underneath say The dependency service or group failed to start. To solve this problem I visit that the device manager show the network driver is corrupted. You try to unistall the drive that show ! , x   or ? . The rescan the driver it will ask you to reinstall the driver. If the driver cannnot be deleted or update then you have to follow the following steps. There are few solution : First Solution: First, you open command prompt (start >All Programs >Accessories > Command Prompt [ps: Right click and run as Administrator]).
