What is Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?

Search Engine Optimization is way or method to optimize your website, blog, articles, video, Facebook pages to be visible to the search engine and have a good ranking in certain keyword on the search engine.

There are basically have 2 type of SEO which are Black hat and White hat. White hat follows the Search Engine rules, provide good content and display to both search engine and visitor. Black hat is using the illegal way to get the top ranking in search engine like spam linking post, redirect, cloaking and etc.

Are Search Engine Optimization really works ?

Yes,Search Engine Optimization is important to get traffic from the Search engine like google, yahoo, bing and others. Many Search engine want webmaster to avoid SEO. Which mean Search engine want their search engine bot to find website naturally and yet many beginner webmaster really did that.

I will not teach you how to SEO but I can tell you some important thing about SEO:

Keyword research is the most important part of SEO. I remember I have SEO one keyword and it ranking 1st in Google but it was useless because rarely people use that keyword to search is not point to carry seo on that keyword.
